Class List

Youth Boxing

Ages 8–16, Youth Boxing teaches proper technique, footwork, headwork, and defense. Students build strength, coordination, and confidence. While learning discipline, respect, and perseverance—skills that last a lifetime.


A class for anyone new to boxing. You’ll learn the basics, how to stand, move, throw punches, and block, all while getting a great workout. No experience needed, just show up and be ready to work
Beginner Boxing

Kids Mixed Martial Arts

For ages 5-16. A fun, safe class where kids learn moves from boxing, kickboxing, weapons, self-defense, and jiu-jitsu. Builds confidence, fitness, and focus while teaching respect and discipline.

Wing Tzung

Learn this classic Chinese martial art focused on practical self-defense, speed, and efficiency. You’ll practice close-range strikes, blocks, and footwork while building balance, coordination, and confidence. Great for all experience levels.

Muy Thai Kick Boxing

Learn powerful punches, kicks, knees, and elbows while getting a full-body workout. Fun, fast, and great for any skill level.

Advanced Boxing

For boxers who already know the basics and want to get even better. You’ll work on harder technique, smarter defense, and faster moves.

Blade Concepts

Learn practical self-defense using knives, swords, and other blades. This class teaches safe handling, effective strikes, and defense techniques to build confidence and skill with edged weapons. Perfect for martial arts students wanting to expand their training.

Personal Training

Get one-on-one coaching tailored just for you. Whether you want to build strength, improve fitness, learn new skills, or reach specific goals. Personal training gives you focused attention, expert guidance, and a customized plan to help you succeed. Perfect for all fitness levels.
