MUAY THAI / KICKBOXING
Our objective is to provide a cardio-fitness class that includes basic instruction of boxing techniques, such as punching, kicking, clinching, elbow, and knee striking.
Open Mat is an opportunity for all enrolled boxing and kickboxing students to get an extra workout at our gym without the direct guidance of an instructor.
Students of boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, and Wing Chun, are invited to participate in sparring sessions three times a week. Participation is at the discretion of your instructor.
TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING & RIP TRAINING

WOMEN’S BOXING CONDITIONING
Boxing Conditioning teaches boxing skills and techniques designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance — the perfect class to get shredded! Boxing Conditioning will include cardio, shadow boxing, heavy bags, focus mitts and core strengthening exercises.
Just like the original kickboxing class, this program is designed specifically for women.
Kids ages 9 to 13 years old can develop confidence, discipline, and self-control with cardio- and strength-building exercise in a positive environment with Youth Boxing.
