Women’s Boxing Conditioning


Boxing Conditioning teaches boxing skills and techniques designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance — the perfect class to get shredded! Boxing Conditioning will include cardio, shadow boxing, heavy bags, focus mitts and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core and burn an average of 450-600 calories – all while having fun.

This class is for women, only – sorry guys.
